The real deal with weight loss |

Ok, its time to get real with the weight thing. I have been miserable for too long. Let me see how far I can go with this thing. I find it hard to be consistent with the water drinking, the fruit eating, salads etc. I have never kept a food log. I want to be serious about this for the sake of my health and I would like to look good too. Ok, so I will try to exercise daily, eat right (no sodas except diet), drink 8 glasses of water. Right now I weigh 275lbs. My goal weight is 175lbs. My target weight loss weekly is 2 lbs. Wish me luck. |

Madam, u want to lose 100lbs in how many days/ weeks/ years? ANyways, please take it easy. I'm all for exercising to keep fit, but don't overdo it.
