The Best Decisions |

... May not always be the easiest. Lately, I have been plagued with a lot of post-residency questions. "What's next? Are you moving? Are you staying? Talk to this person, talk to that oerson, they need a pharmacy manager here, they need a co-ordinator there or stay here with us. We'll create a position for you .... blah, blah, blah
I'm so tired. Going through my list now ...
I want a satisfying job (not money) I want to be around my friends so I can chill out after work I want to go back to school
Its crazy in my head
But mostly ... I want to go back home. I love this place but I feel such a huge disconnect. There are long and involved meetings about bar code medication adminstration while we don't even have clean sheets in our hospitals at home. I just weak abeg. I'm not motivated at all.
So I wonder ... my plan is to be in naija by December. Do I a. Move to Houston where my crew is and work and play there till December b. Hang in Memphis and work ... why move for only six mths c. Stay here, get some managerial experience
I'm confused, confused, confused

Come again -- you want to go back to school? Can we trade places? :-D
I think comfort should be the defining factor, although you might want to postpone it for a while to pick up the managerial experience [if you think you need it].

About Me |

Name: lala
Home: Memphis, Tennessee, United States
About Me: I'm an introvert. I love challenges and the "path less taken". I have discovered that life more of a journey than a destination so I try to enjoy each day. And if you've never failed at anything then you haven't tried anything outside your comfort zone. Right now, I have a love/hate relationship with Memphis. I love the city because the people are very friendly but careerwise, this place will be a dead end for me.
